RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
"Shoes" From Your Order Can Be Returned As Long As: They are (and must be) returned perfectly new, unmarred, and not soiled in any way. Please take a few seconds to read the following:
BALLET/ POINTE/ JAZZ SHOES:
We suggest that you lay down a towel before trying them on.
They soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes can be scratched and marred very easily.
Make sure your foot is clean and dry before putting it into they new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if the tight or foot is damp.
TAPS/ SNEAKERS:
Do not tap around in the shoes.
The taps will become scratched and therefore defective for resale through mail order.
Do not wear any shoes for class outdoors if you plan to return them.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT write any names inside the shoes or in the box!
DO NOT sew ribbons and elastics on the shoes (makes them non returnable)
"BODYWEAR" CAN BE RETURNED AS LONG AS:
Tags cannot be removed
There are no make-up or deodorant stains from trying it on.
The garment has not been altered.
ALWAYS REMEMER....
Wear undergarments when trying on leotards.
Tights and undergarments are NOT returnable.
Notify us immediately of any defective
product(s) in your shipment.
